Reptile Discovery Center and Lunch - Thursday, March 5 - 2:00-4:30 PM

Everyone knows how to milk a cow but,,, how to milk a snake? We have scheduled a tour at the Reptile Discovery Center near DeLand to answer that question. And this is one of the more amazing tours you can experience.

Sign up now and you can watch the snake experts as they go about their life saving task of milking venomous snakes. The venom is then used to make anti-venom vaccines for use in case someone is bitten (but not on this tour).

 

The tour will start at 2:00pm on Thursday March 5. The location is 2710 Big John Drive DeLand FL. It is just off of US 92 as you approach DeLand on your left. Easy to find.

The cost will be $8 per member and spouse or significant other, and $5 per child (age 4-17). That is a 36% discount. Other guests are welcome for $12 each.

Just a reminder a few of you have not yet paid your dues. Please pay ASAP. If you have already paid, thank you very much.

Please pay your dues by February 10, 2026. Those who neglect to pay these very nominal dues will be transferred to inactive status and removed from the communication list. And you will miss out on some fun events and updates on the GE business. And we will miss you!
